Howard & Howard Holdings, Inc. d/b/a H&H Solutions (“H&H,” “we,” or “us”) uses this site to receive dealership inquiries. This policy describes the information involved in that process.

Information you provide

The inquiry form may collect your name, role, dealership, dealership type, business email, phone number, city, state, monthly vehicle volume, approximate number of affected vehicles, inquiry type, message, and permission to respond.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, qualify service availability, coordinate an assessment or conversation, maintain business records, prevent spam, and improve the intake process. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or unrelated marketing campaign.

Systems and service providers

Forms submit to H&H’s owned centralized intake layer. Inquiry records are currently mirrored to an operating Google Sheet and may later be mirrored to H&H’s custom CRM. Hosting, email, and Google Workspace providers may process data on our behalf as needed to operate these services.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent inquiry information. We may share information with service providers or operating partners when needed to respond to a request or deliver the requested service, and when required by law. An odor-service request may require coordination with The Odor Doctors operation.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for business operations, legal obligations, and relationship history. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your inquiry information by using the website contact form.

Technical data

The site and its hosting providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs. The site loads the Montserrat typeface from Google Fonts.

Scope

This policy covers hhsolutions.app. Hal Howard’s separate United Yacht Sales profile and other third-party sites are governed by their own policies.
